Transcend TS480GMTS820S 480GB SSD is with Space-saving M.2 SATA form factor (80mm) for ultra-compact computing device with 3D NAND flash chips. In this SSD, SATA III 6Gb/s interface and SLC caching technology for exceptional transfer speeds and engineered with a RAID engine and LDPC (Low-Density Parity Check) coding to ensure data integrity. This SSD Supports Device Sleep Mode (DevSleep) to prolong notebook battery life by intelligently shutting down SATA interface when not in use and also supports S.M.A.R.T., TRIM and NCQ commands. Its Sequential Read is about 550 MB/s and the Sequential Write is 500 MB/s. The 4K Random Read is 70,000 IOPS and 4K Random Write is 75,000 IOPS with 1,000,000 MTBF hour(s).
