The MSI PRO Z790-A WIFI DDR4 ATX Motherboard supports LGA 1700 CPUs from the 12th/13th generation Intel Core, Pentium Gold, and Celeron families. This ATX motherboard, which uses the Intel Z790 chipset and the LGA 1700 socket, has four DDR4 RAM slots that allow twin-channel memory and speeds up to 5333 MHz when overclocked. Six SATA III connections and four M.2 interfaces give abundant storage space and enable RAID 0, 1, 5, and 10 through SATA or 0, 1, and 5 via M.2. GPUs and other adaptor cards may be installed through PCIe 5.0 x16, PCIe 4.0 x16, PCIe 3.0 x16, and PCIe 3.0 x1 slots. Benefit from speedy networking with a 2.5 GbE Intel LAN and Wi-Fi 6E; quickly connect to wireless peripherals with Bluetooth 5.2. The Realtek ALC4080 audio codec offers 7.1 channel surround sound, and the rear ports can be used for analog or digital output. Connect connected peripherals through two USB 2.0, two USB 3.2 Gen 1, and three USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-A ports, or a USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 Type-C port. DisplayPort and HDMI are used to output video. A Flash BIOS button is also located on the rear I/O panel, and internal headers support front-panel USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C and USB 3.2 Gen 1 and 2.0 Type-A ports, RGB connections, chassis intrusion, a TPM module, and other features.
